The company needed a better means of providing software expertise and best practices to grantees across the globe.

Launch a program on the Revere platform, enabling nonprofit grantees seeking expertise and best practices to choose an internal expert employee(s) from a portfolio of vetted volunteers and then request and schedule phone, videoconference or in-person sessions with them -- all while enabling the foundation to track and report on the employee-grantee engagement.
